By making a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. General Policy

All fees paid towards Global Score Education are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Enrollment in classroom training programs

  • Online training programs

  • Digital learning materials, practice tests, and prediction files

  • Workshops, webinars, or private coaching sessions

Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued regardless of:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of time to attend classes

  • Technical issues at the student’s end

  • Non-completion of the program by the student

  • Failure to achieve desired test results


2. Digital Products and Services

All our study materials, practice files, prediction files, and recorded lectures are digital products. As per industry standards, digital products cannot be returned or refunded once access has been provided. This ensures the integrity of our intellectual property and prevents unauthorized sharing or misuse of materials.


3. Installment and Payment Plans

Where payment plans or third-party installment services (such as Afterpay) are offered, the full course fee remains payable even if the student discontinues the program or fails to attend classes. Missing or incomplete payments may result in account suspension until dues are cleared.


4. No Refund for Missed Classes or Absenteeism

Global Score Education does not provide refunds or credits for missed classes, absenteeism, or failure to complete the course within the stipulated time period. Students are responsible for attending classes on schedule and managing their own learning timelines.


5. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally makes two or more payments for the same course due to a technical error.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If a purchased course or material is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to an error on the part of Global Score Education.

In such cases, students must raise a written request within 7 business days of the payment date at info@globalscoreeducation.com along with valid proof of payment.


6. Changes to Course Content or Services

Global Score Education reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance any course content, learning resources, or service offerings at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect the No Refund Policy in any way.


7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By making payment for any course, service, or digital product, you acknowledge that:

  • You are aware that all sales are final and fees are non-refundable.

  • You accept full responsibility for your learning progress and outcomes.
